AI Visibility Score

A single 0–100 number that summarises how present your brand is across the AI assistants CiteWatch monitors.

Definition

The AI Visibility Score is a composite metric from 0 to 100. It combines three signals: how often you are cited, where you appear in the answer, and how many different assistants cite you.

What goes into the score

Citation volume: total mentions across monitored prompts. Rank position: whether you are the first source quoted or buried lower. Assistant diversity: mentions across multiple AI assistants count more than mentions in just one.

How to read it

0–25: minimal AI presence. 26–50: emerging — you appear, but inconsistently. 51–75: strong — you are a regular source. 76–100: dominant — you are a default answer in your category.
